Job Overview
The Area Manager will lead Jigmonk Tech's growth initiatives across a region by building strategic partnerships with colleges, universities, coaching institutes, and corporate organizations.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute regional growth strategies.
Build partnerships with educational institutions.
Lead and mentor Business Growth Managers and Business Associates.
Drive student engagement and awareness programs.
Organize career guidance and technology awareness events.
Identify new business opportunities and expansion areas.
Achieve regional growth and partnership targets.
Requirements
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience in business development, education, or partnership management preferred.
Ability to manage teams and stakeholder relationships.
Willingness to travel within assigned region.
