By accessing our website, enrolling in any training, or participating in any JigMonk Tech program, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

2. Nature of Service

JigMonk Tech provides training, mentorship, and skill development programs aligned with modern corporate job standards.
We help candidates enhance their skills, prepare for interviews, and get access to industry insights — but we do not provide or guarantee employment.

Final job selection always depends on the candidate’s own performance and the employer’s hiring decision.

3. Enrollment & Eligibility

• All candidates must provide accurate personal information during registration.

• Candidates under 18 years must have consent from a guardian.

• Enrollment is confirmed only after full or first installment payment as per the selected plan.

4. Course Fees & Payment Terms

• Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• The fee covers training, trainers’ honorarium, webinars, interview support, and resources.

• All payments must be made through official JigMonk Tech channels.

• Any claim of payment without proof from official accounts will not be accepted.

5. Device (Laptop / Tablet) Policy

• Candidates enrolling in eligible programs may receive a refurbished laptop or tablet to support online learning.

• The device carries up to 6 months limited warranty for manufacturing defects only.

• Physical damage, mishandling, or software issues are not covered.

• Once delivered, no refunds, exchanges, or replacements shall be entertained.

• This device is provided to support training needs only and has no resale or refund value.

6. Job Assistance Disclaimer

• JigMonk Tech does not guarantee a job offer.

• We provide interview alerts, preparation sessions, and mock interviews to help candidates perform confidently.

• Selection depends entirely on the candidate’s performance in actual company interviews.

7. Candidate Responsibilities

Candidates must:

• Attend classes and mock interviews regularly.

• Follow trainer instructions and complete all assignments.

• Participate sincerely in interviews and assessments.
  Failure to engage or show progress is solely the candidate’s responsibility.

8. Refund Policy

• All fees paid are non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed.

• Refunds may only apply in rare cases of double payment or program cancellation by JigMonk Tech.

• Any exceptional refund (if approved) will be processed after administrative deduction.

9. Code of Conduct

• Candidates must maintain decorum in all training sessions and communication groups.

• Any misuse, misbehavior, or misconduct may result in removal from the program without refund.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, videos, study materials, and course modules belong to JigMonk Tech.
Sharing, copying, or reselling course materials is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

JigMonk Tech shall not be liable for:

• Employment outcomes

• Device performance beyond warranty

• Internet or system failures

• Losses due to user negligence

Total liability in any case shall not exceed the total fees paid by the candidate.

12. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and all disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
