Refund Policy – JigMonk Tech

1. General Policy

All payments made to JigMonk Tech for any course, mentorship, or training program are non-refundable.
By enrolling, you acknowledge that fees contribute to trainer compensation, course delivery, and technical setup.

2. Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in the following rare cases:

  • Duplicate payment or transaction error verified by our finance team.

  • Course cancellation initiated by JigMonk Tech before commencement.

  • Documented medical emergencies (at company’s discretion).

Refunds are subject to administrative and processing deductions.

3. Device Policy

  • Devices provided (laptop/tablet) are refurbished and covered by 6-month limited warranty only.

  • Warranty covers internal hardware defects, not physical damage or misuse.

  • Devices cannot be returned or exchanged once accepted by the candidate.

4. No Guarantee Clause

JigMonk Tech provides training, not placement. Fees are paid solely for learning and development services.
Lack of placement, non-attendance, or poor performance does not qualify for refund.

5. Refund Procedure

If eligible, send an email to info.jigmonk@gmail.com with:

  • Full name

  • Course name

  • Payment ID and proof

  • Reason for refund

Refund processing may take 7-14 working days after approval.

6. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India. All disputes fall under Noida, Uttar Pradesh jurisdiction.
